Are you kidding me. an Iphone? Please. Its bad enough that people feel that their kids need a cellphone, but they certainly don't need an iphone.

I believe that a mobile phone is a good gift to give a child it does not have to be an iphone or any expensive mobile phone. But they are handy for keeping in touch with your children and making sure they are safe. Also this artcle is based around ideas to give a teenager, to give parents an idea for what they might like.

Hi excuse me for coming back in on this, but I have to disagree with the man or woman with no name. I personally in the past have always found the mobile phone or whatever to be something of a pain but when you look at how many of the gadgets have saved lives then I am all for giving my child one to make sure they are safe. And if I couldn't afford the iphone and knew it to be something better than the average cell phone to protect my child from coming to harm  I wouldn't hesitate in making it my business to be able to afford it.
