You can not beat a good romantic film snuggled up tight to your husband/wife at night time, whether it is a romantic comedy, a weepy film or just a great love drama film and here are 10 romantic films for you and you're wife/husband to enjoy a cosy night in together.

  1. Titanic featuring Leonardo Dicaprio as Jack Dawson, Kate Winslet as Rose DeWitt Bukater, Great film to snuggle up on the sofa at night.
  2. Ghost featuring the late Patrick Swayze as Sam Wheat, Demi Moore as Molly Jenson and Whoopi Goldberg as Oda Mae Brown, if this doesn't send you all goose bumpy then I don't know what will. This is a fantastic romantic movie.
  3. Can't buy me love featuring Patrick Dempsey as Ronald Miller, Amanda Peterson as Cynthia (Cindy) Mancini a great film to watch the lengths a person in love will go to. Romantic film at it's best.
  4. Pretty Woman starring Richard Gere as Edward Lewis, Julia Roberts as Vivian Ward. This romantic film is a laugh out loud but weepy at times with great songs throughout the film too.
  5. Shirley Valentine featuring Pauline Collins as Shirley Valentine Bradshaw, Tom Conti as Costas Caldes, Bernard Hill as Joe Bradshaw and Joanna Lumley as Marjorie. This romantic film is a great watch and you can watch over and over again.
  6. An officer and a gentleman featuring Richard Gere as Zachery (Zack) Mayo, Debra Winger as Paula Pokrifki, This romantic movie is fantastic, every woman's dream to be whisked away from work by a man that falls for you and is also dressed in uniform. What more could a girl ask for.
  7. My best friends wedding starring Julia Roberts as Julianne Potter, Dermot Mulroney as Michael O'Neil, Cameron Diaz as Kimberly Wallace. This movie is great for a night in together with popcorn and duvet on the sofa.
  8. Sleepless in Seattle featuring Tom Hanks as Sam Baldwin, Meg Ryan as Annie Reed. This romantic film is sad and a bit of a weepy but very romantic and heartfelt.
  9. When Harry met Sally starring Meg Ryan as Sally Albright, Billy Crystal as Harry Burns and Carrie Fisher as Marie a great film based around males and females can not be friends because they are the opposite sex and that will get in the way of a friendship. Great romantic movie lots of laughable moments too.
  10. Dirty Dancing featuring Patrick Swayze as Johnny Castle, Jennifer Grey as Frances (Baby) Houseman a perfect romantic movie and even better if you love music too. This film is great, action packed and full of drama and dance.
So there we have it lots of romantic movies to watch whilst spending time with you're husband/wife on a special occasion such as valentines day, anniversaries or just to spend time together snuggled up on the sofa with the popcorn, a bottle of wine and each other. These romantic films will have you both laughing, crying and tingling with goose bumps at times, definitely romantic movies to remember.

Hi Emma that's a great list of films I have seen them all except can't buy me love, but it is now on my list to watch, these are the type of films you can watch over and over again, once again great selection.
