Weight Loss - I want a weight loss diet that works fast? Or does my bum look big in this? If you are asking yourself or others these questions then you obviously have an issue with your weight or weight loss and probably don't enjoy dieting and exercise. But if you want to be thin and healthy things need to be sacrificed, such as those sugary foods and drinks for instance.
